My superpower is making connections with my students and being able to make them feel a part of our learning community. Getting to know my students and and integrating personal aspects into their learning is fun and helps the students grasp the concepts.

I received my Bachelor’s from Ilinois State University with a minor in TESOL.
My Life:

My superpower is that I'm passionate about teaching! The best thing about teaching is having the power to see the potential in each student and empowering them to reach their personal best. I am really excited to work with my 2nd graders!
My Education:
I received my Bachelor’s from Northern Illinois University and my Masters's in Bilingual Literacy from NIU and a Master's in Teacher Leadership from Roosevelt University.
My Life:
I am happily married with 2 girls Alina and Serena. I have a special relationship with my family and so we love spending time together as often as we can.
